This is a place for the divergent;

A place for the wild and tamed to dance together;

Where opposites inform one another of the sacredness

of the "other";

A place for undoing and rebuilding;

A place to love without shame

everything in its wholeness and complexity;

This place is the space between us of uncertainty and magic,

sometimes silent, sometimes questioning;

A place to map the territory and then throw it out

and celebrate the ancient knowing

that burns as an ember waiting for your air;

This is a place to turn towards the uncomfortable and seek a peace that

doesn't rely

doesn't need

doesn't plea for safety;

but rather effortlessly allows all things to be and to dissolve back into the void from which they came;

This is a place to play, cry, think, feel, express, create and nurture;

our world, the universe, your community, your ancestors, your animal body,

all want you to be well,

so that when you search for your place in the greater (dis)order of things;

you will delight in it's infinite unfolding.

About Corinne:

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me some.

My intention in life is to live wholeheartedly in a way that respects and protects the earth, all people and all the beings that inhabit this planet. It is more important than ever to recognize and feel one's own inherent dignity, power and value. As a therapist, I am honored to help clients connect with their resiliency, strength and wisdom.

Being a sensitive child, I found it easier to connect with nature and animals than people who could be so complex, incongruent and unpredictable at times. I wanted to understand human behavior and the mind from an early age. Through self-reflection and my own personal journey of healing, I later found myself drawn to being a counselor and attended Naropa University where I received an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology in 2017.

I have worked in mental health since 2015 providing psychological support for a wide range of issues, from dementia and psychosis to grief and difficult life transitions, with all ages, from toddlers to elders. I am currently offering individual services for adult clients and go into more detail about the work I do under the counseling tab. I am most passionate about helping others connect to themselves in a way that helps establish a secure and loving relationship with all parts of themselves, others, and their past. My overarching goal for each client is for them to leave sessions feeling a renewed and deepened sense of trust in themselves. If you feel interested in working with me, I invite you to book a free thirty-minute intro session so that we can assess whether we would be a good fit.
